Spring performance
Information
The Annual Spring Performance is Sunday, June 13, 2010 at 1pm and 4:30pm, at Littleton High School.
All students in the 1pm show must arrive by 12:15pm.
All students in the 4:30pm show only must arrive by 3:45pm.
Students who are in both shows are strongly encouraged to stay at the high school for the whole time. They can bring a bagged lunch/dinner and will be able to eat in the cafeteria between shows. Please don’t pack anything messy and pack a shirt they can wear over their costume so they don’t get dirty! Students should also bring makeup, and hairspray, so they can touch up between shows. We are estimating the 1pm show will end between 3-3:30pm, and the 4:30pm show to end between 6:30-7pm.
* There will be a table where all students must check-in upon arrival. Please don’t forget!
* All students will need to stay backstage for the entire performance except for Intro. to Dance Students.
* Intro to Dance students will only need to be backstage for the Act they are in. During intermission these students can be brought to or picked up in the cafeteria. If they wish to participate in the Finale, they need to be brought back to the cafeteria three dances before the Finale.
* Students may bring a snack and water only to the dressing room.
* There will be a movie shown and coloring books for younger children.
* The day of the performance no food, drink, flash photography, or video cameras are allowed in the auditorium.
* Please make sure all young children stay seated.
* If you need to leave/enter the auditorium please be courteous and try to do so between dances.

PICTURE DAY
If you are interested in participating in Picture Day, it will be Saturday, May 8,2010. Students can wear their costumes for the Spring Performance. The photographer will take a class picture and individual pictures. You are not required to purchase the pictures.
At the dress rehearsal, June 9, 2010, pictures will be available for you to look at and purchase if you like.
TICKET SALES
All tickets for the Spring Performance are $13.00 and will be assigned seating. Children 3 and under are free, if sitting on lap. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Tickets will go on sale Sunday, May 2, 2010 from 1pm to 5pm at The Movement Center.
Please Note: You are only able to purchase tickets for your family and friends on May 2nd. You can not buy for other student's families, no exceptions. Thank you for your cooperation.
Tickets will also be available for purchase at the front desk during normal studio hours starting Monday, May 3rd. If purchasing tickets after May 2nd, please fill out the ticket order form, enclose payment, and tickets will be available for pick up at you or your child’s next class. Tickets will be assigned based on the date/time forms are received. Any remaining tickets will be sold at the dress rehearsal and at the performance.
